The JENEsys Intelligent Building Operating System is streamlining all areas: building operation, maintenance management, energy management, and facility usage and technology management, and addresses these challenges by delivering a proven solution for interoperability and efficiency whether it is a small or large institution or campus environment.

Incorporated into a single control station, the JENEsys Intelligent Building Operating System connects, integrates, and correlates data from facility equipment, systems, and edge devices, and enables facility personnel and operators to adopt a converged and common platform to achieve integration and operational efficiencies between multiple building systems and devices. It provides facility personnel and operators with an operating system from which to manage and understand how their buildings are performing and manage energy with a common user interface to all systems, devices, data, and management tools.

JENEsys PC9000 Controller

The JENE PC9000 is a compact, embedded IoT (Internet of Things) controller and server platform for connecting multiple and diverse devices and sub-systems. With internet connectivity and web-serving capability, the JENE PC9000 controller provides integrated control, supervision, data logging, alarming, scheduling and network management. It streams data and rich graphical displays to a standard web browser via an Ethernet or wireless LAN, or remotely over the internet. 

The licensing model for the JENE PC9000 controller is simplified and features standard drivers, along with optional IO and field bus expansion modules for ultimate flexibility and expandability. The JENE PC9000 controller operates with Niagara 4, the latest version of the Niagara Framework®, for optimum performance. In larger facilities, multi-building applications and large-scale control system integrations, Niagara 4 Supervisors can be used with JENE controllers to aggregate information, including alarms, and historical and real-time data, to create a single, unified application.

JENEsys PC8000 IO R

IO R is part of Lynxspring’s portfolio of hardware, software, and tools designed for remote monitoring and control applications that enables end-to-end automation and device-to-enterprise integration. IO R allows the JENEsys PC8000/9000 to interface directly with simple non-intelligent inputs and outputs remotely located up to 4,000 feet from the JENEsys PC8000/9000. The connection is established via an industry-standard RS-485 multi-drop communications bus. Multiple IO R-16 and IO R-34 devices can be utilized on a single JENEsys PC8000/9000, providing up to an additional 250+ IO points.

JENEsys N4 Supervisor

The JENEsys N4 Supervisor is a flexible network server used in applications where multiple Niagara4-based JENE-PC controllers are networked together. The JENEsys N4 Supervisor serves real-time graphical information displays to standard web-browser clients and also provides functions such as centralized data logging, archiving, alarming, master scheduling, system-wide database management, and integration with enterprise software applications.

JENEsys ProBuilder for Niagara 4

JENEsys ProBuilder software is a development and interface environment which is built around Niagara 4. A comprehensive toolset is a fundamental part of the framework. The JENEsys ProBuilder graphical toolset enables non-programmers to build applications in a drag-and-drop environment. By visually “wiring” Niagara 4 components together, developers build control strategies, alarms, data logging, archiving, and scheduling applications and displays and reports. Niagara 4 open APIs allow developers to create their own unique products, applications, plug-ins, data views, and business application logic.

JENEsys Thermostats

JENEsys Thermostats are application-specific, configurable thermostats with optional communication capabilities for BACnet MS/TP, LonWorks, or Wireless protocols. JENEsys Thermostats are compact, wall-mounted units that are used to control unitary equipment or for zone control, and include onboard temperature, optional humidity, and occupancy sensing.

Lynxspring Controls (BACnet)

The Lynxspring Controls products are native BACnet® field devices consisting of programmable application-specific controllers. All Lynxspring Controls products are freely programmable, and a range of developed application-specific programs are available.

Lynxspring Controls (LonWorks)

The Lynxspring Controls product family consists of LonMark certified devices that offer state-of-the-art, direct digital control for HVAC and custom building automation applications. Based on the LonWorks protocol, these devices are designed for true peer-to-peer communication and provide an open, interoperable HVAC control solution.
