Incorporated into a single control station, the JENEsys® Intelligent Building Operating System connects, integrates and correlates data from facility equipment, systems and edge devices, and enables facility personnel and operators to adopt a converged and common platform to achieve integration and operational efficiencies between multiple building systems and devices. It provides facility personnel and operators with an operating system from which to manage and understand how their buildings are performing and manage energy with a common user interface to all systems, devices, data and management tools.

JENEsys® Edge™ 100 Controller
Designed to provide maximum performance at minimum cost, the JENEsys® Edge™ 100 brings edge connectivity, data access, powerful processing and control to today's small- to mid-sized facilities, plant control, and machine-to-machine and IoT applications.
The JENEsys® Edge™ 100 connects, integrates and correlates facility equipment, systems and IoT devices. It enables facility managers and operators to use a known UI (ProBuilder/ Workbench) to achieve operational efficiencies between multiple systems and devices supporting facility management functions, equipment control and business applications.

JENEsys® PC Series Controllers
The JENEsys PC Series Controllers are powered by the revolutionary Niagara Framework®, the industry’s first software technology designed to integrate diverse systems and devices into a seamless system. Niagara supports a wide range of protocols including LonWorks®, BACnet®, Modbus, oBIX and Internet standards. The Niagara Framework also includes integrated network management tools to support the design, configuration, installation and maintenance of interoperable networks.
JENEsys® PC8000 Controller
The JENEsys PC8000 is a compact, embedded IoT (Internet of Things) controller and server platform for connecting multiple and diverse devices and sub-systems. With Internet connectivity and Web-serving capability, the PC8000 Controller provides integrated control, supervision, data logging, alarming, scheduling and network management. It streams data and rich graphical displays to a standard Web browser via an Ethernet or wireless LAN, or remotely over the Internet. The JENE-PC8000 controller operates with Niagara 4, the latest version of the Niagara Framework®, for optimum performance. In larger facilities, multi-building applications and large-scale control system integrations, Niagara 4 Supervisors can be used with JENEsys PC8000 Controllers to aggregate information, including real-time data, history and alarms, to create a single, unified application.

JENEsys® PC8000 IO R
IO R is part of Lynxspring’s portfolio of hardware, software and tools designed for remote monitoring and control applications that enables end-to-end automation and device-to-enterprise integration. IO R allows the JENEsys PC8000 to interface directly with simple non-intelligent inputs and outputs remotely located up to 4,000 feet from the JENEsys PC8000. The connection is established via an industry-standard RS-485 multi-drop communications bus. Multiple IO R-16 and IO R-34 devices can be utilized on a single JENEsys PC8000, providing 250+ IO points on a single JENEsys PC8000.
JENEsys® PC3000, PC6000 and PC7000 Series I/O Modules
The JENEsys PC Series I/O Modules are compact direct I/O modules with fast, reliable, direct inputs and outputs, specifically designed to expand the monitoring and control capabilities of a JENEsys PC Series Controller. The JM16-080404 and JM34-160810 modules connect directly to JENE-PC3000 and JENE-PC6000 series controllers, and the J-T-IO-16-485 module connects directly to JENE-PC7000 series controllers, or may be distributed closer to the equipment that is being controlled and monitored by any JENEsys PC series controller, reducing installation costs.
SEC-JENE-PC Series Controllers
The SEC-JENE-PC Series Controllers are web-based, access control network controllers that contain a web-server, embedded database, and JENEsys Security application software. The controllers include connectivity for 2 card readers and additional I/O for door control or general purpose usage.
JENEsys® Security Application
JENEsys® Security is a full-featured access control and security application built on the Niagara Framework® software platform. The application features an intuitive graphical user interface for managing access control and security that can be tailored for the end user with custom reports and graphics. When the application is hosted on a JENEsys Controller, it offers a complete access control and security solution that integrates with building control systems. For larger systems, JENEsys Security may be hosted on a Supervisor to manage databases and aggregate alarm and history data. This provides a robust distributed network architecture for access control, security, video surveillance and building control which meets current requirements for integrated efficient buildings.
JENEsysONE™ Equipment Controller
The JENEsysONE™ Equipment Controller is a programmable, compact, embedded application-specific controller combining integrated control, supervision, data logging, alarming and scheduling with Internet connectivity and web serving capabilities. The JENEsysONE equipment controller is used to monitor, command and aggregate data for HVAC equipment, lighting and utility meters with a base point count of 34 points of configured I/O consisting of 16 universal inputs, 8 analog outputs and 10 digital outputs.
The JENEsysONE™ JO-PC3-MC is a bundled product consisting of a JO-PC3-MC (JENE-PC3000e) controller and a JO-34 (JM34-160810) I/O module with a base point count of 34 points of configurable I/O and a 24 Vac/dc power input that provides power for the whole unit making this package ideal for equipment control applications. The I/O point count can be increased from 34 points to 50 or 60 points by adding one or two JO-16 (JM16-080404) I/O modules. In addition to local control, the JO-PC3-MC license allows for the integration of up to five remote devices via LonWorks, BACnet or Modbus communication protocols. In total, the JO-PC3-MC can integrate up to 150 points. The point-limit counts proxy points brought in through driver networks. Proxy points that count against the 150-point total are points with non-null proxy extensions.
JENEsys® AX Supervisor
The JENEsys® AX Supervisor is a flexible network server used in applications where multiple NiagaraAX-based JENE-PC controllers are networked together. The JENEsys® AX Supervisor serves real-time graphical information displays to standard web-browser clients and also provides functions such as centralized data logging, archiving, alarming, master scheduling, system-wide database management, and integration with enterprise software applications.
JENEsys® ProBuilder software is a development and interface environment which is built around Niagara AX. A comprehensive toolset is a fundamental part of the framework. The JENEsys® ProBuilder graphical toolset enables non-programmers to build applications in a drag-and-drop environment. By visually “wiring” Niagara AX components together, developers build control strategies, alarms, data logging, archiving, and scheduling applications and displays and reports. Niagara AX open APIs allow developers to create their own unique products, applications, plug-ins, data views and business application logic.
JENEsys® Thermostats are application specific, configurable thermostats with optional communication capabilities for BACnet MS/TP, LonWorks, or Wireless protocols. JENEsys® Thermostats are compact, wall-mounted units that are used to control unitary equipment or for zone control, and include on-board temperature, optional humidity, and occupancy sensing.
Lynxspring Controls (BACnet)
The Lynxspring Controls products are native BACnet field devices consisting of programmable application-specific controllers. For this offering we are pleased to partner with KMC Controls. All Lynxspring Controls products are freely programmable, and a range of developed application-specific programs are available.
Lynxspring Controls (LonWorks)
The Lynxspring Controls product family consists of LonMark certified devices that offer state-of-the-art, direct digital control for HVAC and custom building automation applications. Based on the LonWorks protocol, these devices are designed for true peer-to-peer communication and provide an open, interoperable HVAC control solution.
